Join us at DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield City for a Fawlty Towers Dining Experience, an immersive comedy show that brings Basil, Sybil and Manuel to life right in the heart of Sheffield.
Set in our modern Steel City Ballroom with private bar and warm DoubleTree hospitality, this is dinner theatre with a twist… and possibly a misplaced bread basket.
🎭 What to Expect
Immersive chaos at your table:
As you enjoy a freshly prepared three-course meal, expect Basil’s meltdowns, Sybil’s razor-sharp commentary, and Manuel’s well-meaning disasters to unfold all around you. No two shows are ever the same, and neither are the mishaps.

Basil’s Roasted Tomato and Pepper Soup (VE, GF)
Tomato soup served with an accidental splash of fine herb pesto (if Manuel remembers).
Chef’s 'Forgotten' Bruschetta (VE, GF)
Rustic Sour dough bread topped with cherry tomatoes, olives, and smashed avocado, possibly toasted, depending on the mood in the kitchen.
Mains:
Polly’s 'Perfect' Roast Gammon (GF)
Slow roasted honey glazed Gammon with Yorkshire pudding, roasted potatoes, and a red wine jus – guaranteed well done, or possibly very rare.
Sybil’s Vegetarian Wellington (VE)
Roasted butternut squash, Lentil, and cumin flavoured – prepared to Sybil’s exacting standards (and Basil's irritation).
Dessert:
Manuel’s Surprise Cheesecake (VE, GF)
A chocolate & orange cheesecake – though the “surprise” is often that it’s still wobbling.
Surprises not guaranteed, but highly likely.
