Dear Parents / Guardians

Many thanks for purchasing your ticket. This is a fully supervised event with the following T&C.

“By purchasing a ticket online you agree the following Terms and Conditions.

All instructions by the volunteer supervisors will be followed by attendees.

Recording of any kind at the disco is prohibited.

No adults will be permitted in the hall during the disco except for volunteer supervisors.

If a child needs to leave early it will only be when an adult comes to collect.

Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in parents being contacted for immediate collection.

Each ticket holder will have received an email confirmation with a barcode . This barcode must be printed and scanned at entry , as each barcode can only be used once please do not share it with others .” If a child appears without a barcode or one that has already been scanned entry will be denied .

Tickets are non refundable and priced at 20 euro inclusive of booking fees

Looking forward to a great night for the children and if at all possible please ask the children to leave phones at home .We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage which may be caused to them during the disco . If you decide to let your child bring their phone to the disco we would ask that you speak to them with regards to their usage and to re enforce that recording is not permitted at the event .

Doors open at 6.30 and the event will finish at 8.30sharp . All children must be collected by an adult.
