Father and sons 1st time ever in collaboration throwing the fathersday cookout in order to bring families together from all over surrounding areas.Fathersday cookout was started by my father,grandmother and friends. On behalf of Michael Cook who lost his life in 1997 at the age of 15. Our father in honor of Mike carried this tradition for other families & friends to build bonds, something he was unable to truly complete before the passing of my brother Mike.
FathersDay cookouts have always been the biggest neighborhood cookout in Harrisburg,Pa.
Since my father hasn’t been throwing the cookouts due to age. I have stepped up. To carry on tradition in honor of bringing even more people and families together from all
Over no matter where your from in order to not let my brother and father’s legacy be destroyed or forgotten .
This will be the very 1st time we collaborate as father and son bringing families together in Hopes of Uniting not only the families but uniting communities together as One.
Free food for all to enjoy. Flag football tournament , petting Zoo, bouncy houses , ? Music, DJ’s , local artists performing, vendors, special thanks to selected fathers being recognized in our communities. Also one women who will be recognized as well for her leadership roll as a parent having to raise a child or children on her own.
There will be sooo much more. So don’t miss out.
