Fathers on Fire: Sauna and Cold Plunge for Dads (November 2025)

Welcome! This unique gathering is a collaboration between The Peaceful Papa and Ember & Ice. It's a time for dads to gather, connect, and then recharge as we move between sauna and cold plunge.
We'll gather at Ember & Ice in Boulder, located behind the Foot of the Mountain Motel just passed Eben G. Fine park. The arrival window for the start of the event is 11-11:30am. At 11:30 we'll migrate to Eben G. Fine park to open the Fathers on Fire container. From 11:30am - 12:30pm we'll have a chance to connect in brotherhood under the context that we're all fathers. There will be light facilitation to help take us deeper.

From there we'll transition into a round of breathwork before doing a group plunge in the Boulder creek. Then we're properly ready for sauna and we'll travel back to Ember & Ice for our 1pm sauna session. If you haven't experienced Ember & Ice yet, you're in for a treat! Epic setup, incredible views, and enough space to really spread out.

Bring a water bottle, swimsuit, towel, and anything else that will make you feel comfortable during the afternoon. Parking is the only tricky part, so give yourself time to potentially park a couple blocks away and walk over. Do not park in the Foot of the Mountain Motel lot.
