Fathers on Fire: Sauna and Cold Plunge for Dads

Welcome! This unique gathering is a collaboration between The Peaceful Papa and Ember & Ice. It's a time for dads to gather, connect, and then recharge as we move between sauna and cold plunge.
We'll gather at Ember & Ice in Boulder, located behind the Foot of the Mountain Motel just passed Eben G. Fine park. For the first hour from 2-3pm we'll have a chance to connect in brotherhood under the context that we're all fathers. There will be light facilitation to help take us deeper.

From there we'll transition into sauna and cold plunge. If you haven't experienced Ember & Ice yet, you're in for a treat! Epic setup, incredible views, and enough space to really spread out.

Bring a water bottle, swimsuit, towel, and anything else that will make you feel comfortable during the afternoon.

Please leave the kiddos at home for this event. If they want to come along, Eben G. Fine park is very close and a great spot to hang while we gather as dads.
