Everyone is welcome to this Father's Day weekend experience. This event will be mostly sound and is fantastic for anyone new to sound meditation or those looking for a deeper experience.
Blending Kelly Lee on bowls, flutes and gong with JT on synthesizer and drums these instruments can guide you deeper into a meditation practice. This brings your nervous system to rest and your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies to release tension and become more in line with your subconscious mind.
