Father's Day: Print the BEST card ever!

Everyone loves a handmade made card! This is a workshop for everyone and anyone to attend.... bring your children, come on your own, everyone is very welcome.

Louise takes care of everything—from setting up all the beautiful resources to clearing away afterwards—so you can fully enjoy some uninterrupted creative time. There’s no rush, no mess to worry about, and no screens competing for attention. Just shared focus, conversation and creativity.

At the heart of this session, is printing a Father's Day card. This is no ordinary card.... this card can be designed with your Dad's favourite colours, maybe incorporating some of his hobbies. Needless to say, there won't be another one in the world like it!

During the session, you will learn how to block print and have time to practice before deciding on your design, colour and layout. Louise will guide you through the process step by step, starting with a demonstration of block printing using exquisitely hand-carved wooden blocks. She’ll be on hand throughout to offer support, encouragement and tips.

This workshop gently supports fine motor skills (for all ages), builds confidence, and encourages creative thinking—while allowing exploring and experimenting at your own pace. Most importantly, it’s a chance to make a unique and carefully designed card.

We really welcome you to bring children to this session, we would suggestit's perfect for children aged 5 and above, the session includes hot and cold drinks and plenty of time to relax, chat and enjoy being creative side by side. A truly lovely way to spend time being creative.
