Men…. It is time to ELEVATE & celebrate YOU. Not until recently in the past no one has gone all out for the men on their special day. Well Gentlemen the wait is FINALLY Over because Fam it is WAAAAYYYYY overdue! We The 3 Production Group, heard you when expressing this so your wish we shall grant. And this is why we are putting on a Father's Day Kickback Party with women & kids prohibited.

Men on this day during the entire event it will be Drama FREE with no nagging chicks or kids all up in your ear whining. This Chill Zone is so the fellas could just low key whooo saw while listening to ole school greatest hits, eat good BBQ with the trimmings, sip on a white or brown grown drinky drink served by our lovely bartenders, play cards or video games, bones aka dominos & other games talking smack to each other while watching sports on TV. I know you are saying, “I can do this at home!” True but we are providing a space for a moment to have a little peace of mind in a much larger man cave. DJ Price is your spinologist for the evening & he has those bangers lined up ready to drop.

We offer special seating for a party of 8 at $260 if looking to celebrate a birthday, a special occasion or to receive VIP service. This reservation includes bottle service, eight 9x12 pre-drawn panel canvases or blank canvases, 8 paint kits, 8 tickets to enter the gift raffle drawing, and two pictures or videos on the 360-photo booth. To book a section it is easy to do on Eventbrite. In the comment section say the type of celebration you are reserving the area for – birthday, anniversary, bridal shower, etc.

Party sizes of ten people or more please send a request to our office via email to - [email protected] and Subject as - VIP Reservations at Napa Vybes Lounge. Within the message state your party size & the type of celebration – birthday, anniversary, bridal shower, etc. and the date you need to reserve it for. Our event coordinator will respond to that message within 24 to 72 hours.

As we are preparing for this upcoming event there are vendor spots available. We are seeking vendors for in-kind donations to carter to these men throughout the evening as a gift to them. Vendors such as: Massage Specialist, Nail Tech, Barber, Hair Stylist, Personal Trainer & more. To reserve a spot for yourself aka entity please do the following:

• Fill out the vendor application completely & return a copy to us via email sending it to [email protected]. Remember to please download a copy for your records.

One can receive a refund up to 7 days before the scheduled event back to the attendee(s) in the form they used to pay. He/She/They will only receive a partial vs full for the amount we advertised to take part in the activities. No one will receive a full refund of the monies paid because we don’t control the fees charged by the ticketing platform – Eventbrite, to process a payment and we cannot issue that part back with the refund. Their service processing fee is non-refundable.

Now, if a refund request is received from Eventbrite via email less than 7 days before the scheduled event date it must be approved by management first before issuing funds back to the attendee(s) in the form they used to pay. If management approves the refund attendees will only receive a partial refund for the amount advertised to take part in the activities. Again, we don’t control the fees charged by the ticketing platform – Eventbrite, to process a payment and we cannot issue that part back with the refund. Their service processing fee is non-refundable. Please refer to your Eventbrite purchase invoice / receipt which will show those charges or service fee amount paid to them.

Lastly, if the event is cancelled by venue owners or our staff for reasons beyond our control attendees will receive an automatic refund. Hopefully, you understand the refund process. Parking is FREE if available in front of the venue for two hours only and is not FREE in other areas downtown along the street because they are metered.

Attendees should know We The 3 Production Group & Napasorn Thai Restaurant dba Napa Vybes Lounge or any of our – organizer(s) & venue owner’s business affiliates, will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damages that may occur at this event. If any losses or damages should occur or is caused to the “attendee”, “participating guest”, “onlookers”, “Media Team”, “vendor”, “vendor’s staff and/or volunteers”, property - equipment, business, or personal items, during the said event he/she/they/them will not hold the organizers, venue or venue owner(s), their staff, board members, business associates or affiliates liable for those damages/losses.

Any physical harm given, received or experienced unlawfully, to myself (the “attendee”, “participating guest”, “onlookers”, “Media Team”, “vendor”, “vendor’s staff and/or volunteers”, “vendor’s business partners or business associates”), this includes but limited to pain & suffering, for the duration of this event mentioned herein I (“attendee”, “participating guest”, “onlookers”, “Media Team”, “vendor”, “vendor’s staff and/or volunteers”, “vendor’s business partners or business associates”), agree that the organizer(s), venue owner(s), our – (the “organizer(s) & venue owner’s”) staff/board members/business associates or affiliates, are not to be held liable for any business/personal damages caused by self or others. This includes physical (“bodily”) harm or triggers to one’s mental health or state whether received – conducted through self-harm/injuries inflected on self – caused, or received by others – event attendees/guests/an outsider(s) participating in this event, or from an individual(s) walking in the venue to pick up food, etc. As explained, I (the “Media Team”, “vendor”, “vendor’s staff/workers/volunteers”, “vendor’s business partners or business associates”) waive my rights to file suit or seek any legal actions and/or withdrawing from filing any case/claim/class/written obligation towards the organizer(s), venue/venue’s owner(s), and our -organizer & venue’s owner(s) business affiliates.

Due to COVID, its similar strains, new strains & other new variants in our region it is necessary to know that any interactions with the public while attending a function mingling with others – guests, within proximity pose a risk of being exposed to any form/type of viruses and/or diseases.

We The 3 Production Group, venue owners at Napasorn Thai Restaurant and Lounge dba Napa Vybes Lounge and our business affiliates – JDK Party Rentals, LLC, etc., cannot guarantee that while attending this function or any of our functions – events, hosted by our entity - We The 3 Production Group, that you (the "Attendee" “Participating Guest”, “Vendor”, “Media Team” or the like thereof) will not encounter a form/type of virus(es) and/or disease(s) when by another who are fully vaccinated or not that they could possibly expose you to contaminated airborne particles when being close in proximity – standing, talking, sitting, painting, vending or dancing, etc., to them – other guests, attendees, vendors, our and venues staff, etc., when attending this function or an event host by us - We The 3 Production Group. The venue and venue’s owners at Napasorn Thai Restaurant and Lounge dba Napa Vybes Lounge & We The 3 Production Group, will try to make sure we disinfect items used throughout the establishment before guests grace the door as a health safety measure to take all necessary precautions outlined in the CDC guidelines. This is our goal to try our best to prevent anything from happening, but this measure cannot guarantee anyone will not get exposed to someone who is sick/ill.

You - the “Media Team”, “attendee”, “participating guest”, “vendor(s)”, “onlookers – those hanging out, etc., while attending this function will not hold our team - We The 3 Production Group, our staff and business affiliates, venue’s staff or owners of Napasorn Thai Restaurant and Lounge dba Napa Vybes Lounge, responsible for the health and safety of this or any event we organize – host, nor will you - the “Media Team”, “attendee”, “participating guest”, “vendor(s)”, “onlookers – those hanging out, etc., hold us responsible for those attending this function who may or may not be full vaccinated and/or are sick - ill. Nor will you - the “Media Team”, “attendee”, “participating guest”, “vendor(s)”, “onlookers – those hanging out, etc., hold us countable for self-inflicted injuries - This includes but not limited to tripping or falling, chipping a nail, cutting of self on an object, shotting self or being shot by someone else, starting a fight or getting injured while defending oneself during a fight, etc. And/or if received other injuries caused by another individual(s) or received through self-inflected such as punch(es) in the face or other body parts during a fight, received bullet wounds from a gun shoot out, getting stabbed in one or multiple places on his/her/their body or experienced a mental break down through something triggering he/she/their PTSD or what may have caused a mental melt down from suffering or dealing with a mental illness, any form of pain and suffering due to an injury, trauma, etc., one shall not hold us - We The 3 Production Group, etc. accountable if any of these listed injuries or a worser injury not exempting death or an injury not mentioned within should they/he/she encounter while, during, before or after our – We The 3 Production Group’s event if received substantial injury(ies) on or off the venue grounds – property.

No one is allowed to wear META GLASSES, SOFTWARE, & DEVICES because they ARE NOT PERMITTED inside the venue. An approved Media Team, during events hosted by We The 3 Production Group, will do the following for promotional & advertising purposes only:

• Our team members, business partners – affiliates or a hired photographer/videographer, will periodically LIVE Stream on our personal & business social media pages.
• Our team members, business partners – affiliates or a hired photographer/videographer, will pre-record video footage of activities during the event then post that content on our personal and/or our business social media pages and & within business marketing/promotional ads. • Our team members, business partners – affiliates or a hired photographer/videographer will also take photos – pictures, of our guests interacting with other guests our workers - staff/team members, business partners – affiliates, venue staff, participating vendors & their employees, etc., whether they are just hanging out, by way of socializing with others, networking, dancing, and/or painting in the session during the event. Then they will post that content – images and/or videos, on our personal & business social media pages, business website & within business ads for marketing/promotional purposes only.

When purchasing an event ticket for entry, registered for a painting or open mic session or to create an ornament, make a floral arrangement or reserved a VIP table or paid a vendor fee to set up and attend a function – party, that our organization - We The 3 Production Group, is hosting please be aware that filming will be in progress filmed on site – video recording, and/or taking of pictures, by a hired professional, or by our team member(s), our business partners and/or our business affiliates, during this occasion – event. Capturing of content will be done periodically during the timeframe we are working the party or when we are in the venue while an event is taking place. Do note although you (the “vendor”, “vendor’s staff/workers/volunteers”, “vendor’s business partners or business associates”, “Media Team”, “attendee”, “participating guest”, “onlookers - one who may have walked up or entered into the venue or someone just hanging out & chilling during the function/event or one doing the similar”) one who goes by the pronoun of “he/him/her/she/them/we, etc. will be filmed and have your picture taken.

Your pre-registration or ticket purchase means that you have read our terms that explains our organization, team members, business partners & affiliates’, will be filming – video recording, and taking pictures – photos/images, of you and by making this purchase you acknowledge of agreement to the terms listed above, which gives us - We The 3 Production Group, etc. full consent – permission to do so.
