This year’s experience features a build-your-own Bloody Mary station complete with our house-made mix, candied bacon, pimento cheese tea sandwiches, stuffed olives, house pickles, pickled green beans, and OCs signature hot sauce.
Guests can enjoy a refreshed Provisions Bar with overnight oats, açai, seasonal accompaniments, and fresh made juices, alongside brunch favorites throughout the dining room.
Featured chef stations include a Tomahawk Ribeye Carving Station served with OCs Steak Sauce, horseradish cream, crispy Brussels sprouts, crawfish twice baked potato, and smoked oyster Caesar salad, as well as Banana Leaf Roasted Mahi Mahi paired with chimichurri, scotch bonnet aioli, yucca fries, frijoles negros, and Spanish rice.
Additional highlights include spiny lobster tail added to the raw bar, mini wedge salads on the noshing table, and a seasonal vegetable frittata featured in the breakfast nook.
