Father Wound Ritual

The relationship we have with our father, father figure, or the absence of one can leave lasting impressions on how we see ourselves, trust others, express emotions, set boundaries, and move through the world.
Join us for the Father Wound Ritual, a guided community experience created to gently explore the stories, beliefs, and emotional patterns that may have been shaped by paternal relationships. Whether your father was present, absent, emotionally unavailable, overly critical, inconsistent, or whether you experienced loss, this gathering offers a supportive space for reflection, release, and healing.
Throughout the evening, participants will be guided through grounding practices, self-reflection, journaling, and a symbolic release ritual designed to help identify and let go of old narratives that no longer serve them. This is not about blaming or reliving the past. It is about acknowledging what has been carried, honoring your experience, and creating space for a new relationship with yourself.
You do not need to share your story with the group to participate. All activities are invitational, and you are welcome to engage at your own comfort level.
