Enjoy a 15-minute professionally cast Elf Show full of sing-along Christmas carols, interactive dancing and festive fun.
Get your creative juices flowing and decorate your very own handmade festive gingerbread biscuit.
Feed our real-life reindeer* their favourite festive treat - Norwegian Moss.
Hang your wish on our Wishing Tree and write a letter to Father Christmas.
Meet Father Christmas in his grotto 1-2-1 and receive a gift token ready to be exchanged for a gift at our Elf Workshop.
After your experience, choose to go Eco-Skating on our synthetic ice rink and then tuck into our award-winning festive streetfood & bar serving burgers, loaded chips, mulled wine, hot chocolates, cocktails and a full bar.
