Fat Out Fest 2024 opens with a fusion of art, live music and conversation, inspired by the urgent challenge of climate change (Tickets on sale August)
Currently showing at Salford Museum and Art Gallery, the Hybrid Futures exhibition explores climate change through the work of visual artists Shezad Dawood, Jessica El Mal, Parham Ghalamdar and RA Walden.
Fat Out Fest will launch with a brand new music performance at the gallery in response to the exhibition, which will be developed during a week-long Samarbeta Residency, in collaboration with London-based blenders of experimental sound, art and tech, IKLECTIK.
Samarbeta is currently running an open call for the residency, the outcome of which will be announced in August and tickets will go on sale.
