Fat Liberation 101

Kick off the new year with the first session of our Fat Liberation 101 series! Together, we'll explore diverse content and engage in meaningful discussions aimed at fostering understanding, empowerment, and community.

The agenda for each session will be updated to reflect specific content and topics - examples may include watching a video, group activities, lecture/presentation, community speaker, etc. Each session will include time for community connection and reflection.

This event is a welcoming, safe space for fat individuals and allies of all sizes to connect, share personal stories, and support one another on the journey toward fat acceptance and liberation.
