Karlyn’s philosophy is to keep it simple, and use terms and references from a variety of examples found both in and out the water to help you make sense of what many coaches have made WAY too complicated.

Karlyn will also discuss the use of contrast drills to help you become a more self aware swimmer. When you figure out what you are doing, why you are doing it, and how you can do it better, you will be able to self-correct and continue to improve your technique long after the workshop is over.
