This week I will be doing assessments, scheduling for personal training and registration for FastBreak DreamCamp�
FastBreak Dream Camp starts Saturday January 10th It is designed for women who dont have hours to spend at the gym but are ready to make some changes and get fit! It will an upbeat uplifting and heart rate boosting circuit workout! As our group bonds and builds we will we will see so much growth, Physically and Mentally.
Camp schedule-
Monday 6AM and 6PM
Wednesday 6AM and 6PM
Friday 6AM and 6PM
Saturday 8AM (makeup or bonus W/O)
(Fast 45 minute circuit training and stretch)
Intro Price- 3 week first round $100
You can come up to 7 times a week but 3 is perfect!
For all other info please feel free to call!
I will be at the gym Tues, Wed and Thurs night at 6pm ready to meet y’all!
If you need and earlier meeting time just let me know!
