Fast Friends is designed to make that easier.
Instead of leaving introductions to chance, you’ll be part of a professionally hosted social experience where our host guides the evening, keeps conversations moving and gives you plenty of opportunities to meet different people.

🍺 This time, we’re heading to Last Best Brewing & Distilling — a Calgary craft brewery and distillery known for its locally made beer, food and relaxed social atmosphere.
We’ll have our dedicated lounge area, with a mix of seated and standing space, giving you room to settle in, move around and socialise naturally.

Fast Friends isn't about walking into a room full of strangers and hoping you happen to meet someone.
You'll move through short, guided conversations and rotations, meeting different people throughout the evening.
Then we'll switch things up with Themed Connection Rounds — fun prompts, quick challenges and interactive activities designed to uncover shared interests and keep conversations flowing.

7:00 PM — Welcome & Drinks
Meet Sonia, settle into our dedicated lounge area, grab a drink and get comfortable. Coming alone? Completely normal — most guests do.
7:30 PM — Hosted Fast Friends 🤝
Meet a new person every few minutes through short, guided conversations. Sonia keeps the rounds moving so you can focus on getting to know people.

Fun interactive activities designed to help you discover common ground and spark conversations you might not have had otherwise.
From 8:30 PM — Drinks, Food & Mingling
The hosted rounds finish, but your evening doesn't have to. Stay for food, drinks and more conversations with the people you've met.
🍺 Stay Late for Happy Hour
If you're still enjoying the evening, Last Best's Friday & Saturday late-night happy hour starts at 10 PM, with selected draft beers from $4 and other food and drink specials.
