• 🕒 Time: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
• 📍 Where: lululemon Leidsestraat – Leidsestraat 32, 1017 PB Amsterdam

Schedule:

• 09:15 AM – Meet at lululemon Leidsestraat (you can drop off your belongings)
• 09:30 AM – Leave the store to head to the starting point
• 11:30 AM – Arrive back at Leidsestraat store

• Session Overview: "Fast Feet"

Get ready to turn up the speed in a fun and approachable way. In this session, we’ll complete 10–15 short bursts of maximal effort running over short distances, all set in the beautiful Vondelpark.

Here’s what to expect:

• Each sprint will be all-out effort for a short distance, focusing on quick turnover and explosive speed.

• Between sprints, we’ll have plenty of recovery time to hydrate, catch our breath, and chat with other runners.

• The format keeps it fun and varied — just enough challenge to push your limits without feeling overwhelming.

It’s a great opportunity to build speed, improve running form, and connect with the community in a lively outdoor setting. Whether you’re chasing a personal best or just want to mix up your training, Fast Feet will leave you feeling strong and energized.

• Back at the Store:We'll wrap up with light bites, refreshments, and time to connect and reflect with the community.

• What to Bring:Please plan your nutrition based on your needs—if you typically eat before or during a run, feel free to bring your own snacks or fuel.
