FaskeFoods Supper Club

I'm an amateur chef and baker looking to lean into my passion. The goal of my dinner parties is to bring new people together for great conversation over great food. Dinners are hosted in my apartment in Gowanus. My cooking is focused on seasonality and local ingredients, and inspired by my time spent in Southwest France cooking with Kate Hill and working as a culinary assistant to James Beard-nominated chef Kristen Essig at Stonewood Farm in the Hudson Valley - as well as my travels across the globe and throughout NYC.
