Mannmaya — Garden of Times Toronto-based slow fashion label Mannmaya, founded by fashion educator and researcher Dr. Aditya Mehta, presents Garden of Times — a collection rooted in the ancestral textile traditions of India, including Bandhani, Ajrakh, and Kutch embroidery, reimagined as contemporary silhouettes. Inspired by the experience of new beginnings in unfamiliar soil, the collection positions identity as a living garden where heritage and migration meet and bloom.
Aluxx Apparel — Elevated Heat Founded by Hafsa Ayuub, ALUXX APPAREL presents Elevated Heat — three distinct capsule collections that redefine everyday luxury through bold, community-driven design. From satin-lined tracksuits and rhinestone-embellished sets to embroidered pieces celebrating feminine strength, the showcase blends inclusive aesthetics with technical comfort, positioning empowerment and self-expression as the driving force behind modern streetwear.
ABOUT FASHION WEEK SS 2026
Running May 25–31, 2026, Fashion Art Toronto brings together 50+ designers, artists, and brands through a city-wide program of runway shows, immersive offsite experiences, exhibitions, retail marketplaces, and free public activations.
This season launches the theme Toronto, Show Yourself — a call for visibility, confidence, and pride in the city’s fashion community. Hosted across Toronto’s most exciting cultural spaces, Fashion Week 2026 reflects the scale, ambition, and rising global visibility of independent Canadian fashion.
