FashionBar Chicago is excited to offer this 1-day workshop for anyone looking to learn fashion photography and creative world of fashion design and avant garde clothing to wear, shoot and edit by photographer David Meyer and Tony Long of FashionBar LLC. Get ready to ignite your creativity and transform your photography skills.

Our education focuses on the Fashion Photography on how to build the perfect fashion portfolio and/or lifestyle brand experience focused on the 4 below areas:

Photography Themes: Business Professional, Portraits, Lifestyle, Runway including from ethereal fairytale-inspired shoots to edgy street fashion spreads, this workshop will push the boundaries of your imagination and photographic process.

Creative Direction: Learning from fashion professionals on techniques, and tips to help you capture the perfect image for you and/or your client. Learn about composition, lighting, styling, posing, and storytelling to take your fashion photography come to life!

Interactive Sessions: Participate in interactive session to ignite creativity build valuable collaborative relationships working alongside professional models, makeup artists, and stylists to create magical moments frozen in time.

Portfolio Building: You will learn to enhance your fashion portfolio and create an exclusively branded content that focuses on your service offerings to elevate your fashion photography portfolio to a whole new level leaving this workshop with stunning images!

Who is eligible to register? Anyone who has an interest in Fashion Photography. This workshop will include a variety of courses that cover introductory to fashion photography and all the work in completing a collection and produce model, product and lifestyle content need to build your professional skills in the world of fashion.

You will also learn fundamentals of the fashion industry by providing an insider’s perspective on how to prepare for a career in fashion editorial, fashion runway, fashion digital marketing, and the overall fashion industry.
