Many don’t know this but I also have a small background in fashion design! I always planned to go to school at FIDM (the Fashion Institute for Design and Merchandising) but opted to attend art school in San Diego instead while working at Fashion Valley Mall as a buyer for Express.
I’m putting together a master class for wearable art this month.???

Ages 10+
I’ll discuss some artistic sewing techniques, screen printing, fabric painting, adding embellishments, patches and hand stiching.
Your student will bring their own article of clothing to work on during class.
I’ve added some pins I’ve been adding to my inspiration boards recently to give you all an idea of some of the techniques I’ll be teaching.
