This hybrid workshop is suitable for anyone thinking of setting up a fashion, accessory, shoe or jewellery business or is already running a business without a strategy in place. You can atten in-person, online or listen to the recording in your own time.

Delivered by fashion industry expert Alison Lewy, it will cover the following:

• The research is required and how to go about it
• How to use a Business Model Canvas
• Understanding your start up costs
• Pricing and costing strategy
• Overview of sales forecast, cash flow & profit & loss forecasts
• Where to look for funding

By the end of the session you will have a better understanding of business planning and the confidence to start or revise your own plan.
