Have you been carrying stress, tension, tightness, or discomfort in your body that just won't seem to go away?
Many people experience chronic tension, jaw tightness, neck pain, headaches, stiffness, fatigue, and stress that continue despite stretching, massage, chiropractic care, or other approaches.
Fascial Maneuvers are simple, gentle movements designed to help release tension from the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, organ, nerve, and structure in the body. (Spoiler: It's SO much more!)
When fascia becomes restricted from stress, injury, repetitive movement patterns, or emotional overwhelm, the body can begin compensating in ways that contribute to discomfort and reduced mobility.
During this experiential class, you'll learn a series of Fascial Maneuvers designed to help:
• Release stress and tension from the body and emotions
• Improve mobility and flexibility
• Support nervous system regulation
• Reduce feelings of stiffness and restriction
• Create greater body awareness
• Promote relaxation and recovery
This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and no prior experience is necessary.

About Andrea Reed
Andrea Reed, LMT, CST is a Human Garage Certified Fascial Maneuvers Coach, Advanced Ancestral Clearing Practitioner, and Functional Bodywork Practitioner. She specializes in helping people uncover the connection between fascia, stress, nervous system patterns, emotional tension, and chronic discomfort.
Many of Andrea's clients come to her after trying multiple approaches and are looking for a deeper understanding of what their body may still be holding.
