Fascial Maneuvers Class

Fascial Maneuvers is a re.vo.lu.tion.ary self-care movement practice that enables the masses to first heal themselves and then take them way beyond. It recognizes the body-mind-emotions connection and decodes holistically what the body is trying to communicate to us. We believe the fascia is the primary way our higher selves give us clues to what isn’t working in our lives. This 90 minute class goes through solo and partnered releases that leave you with big eyes, big breath, and big heart.

Despite our best efforts and advances in medicine and treatment stress and anxiety and health issues continue to rise. The solution has to come from within.
