Helping people heal their own bodies, is our mission.

Today, tens of thousands of people around the world are using FASCIAL Maneuvers to heal themselves at home, now it's time to bring that personal healing experience back into a group setting, to harness the power of group healing. We see some of the most impactful transformations in our group events!

***What to Expect***

Fascial Maneuvers are a movement process that heals the body. The class involves slow, precise movements with deep breathing which are easy and open to all ages. Each class is between 60 and 90 minutes based on the class's needs. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you can move around in butt if you’re in your jeans or tight clothing, come anyways.

Please arrive 15 minutes early so you can get to know the instructor and the community. If you arrive late, no problem (!) join in and follow along as best you can. If you have questions, someone from the community will be there to support you.

*If you have time, stick around to learn the fundamentals of the fascial maneuvers, how to heal yourself, and help your family and friends, while receiving a hands-on healing experience. If you're a Health and Wellness practitioner, feel free to take what you learn and integrate the Fascial Maneuvers into your own practice.*
