In this 'feel-good' practical workshop, we bring awareness of fascia into our movement sessions. How do we keep our fascia happy and hydrated? How can we release 'locked' fascia in order to effectively engage our muscles? In this workshop, Renee describes the various fascial lines and how we can affect the elastic and plastic qualities of our connective tissue.
