Join us for a day of direct engagement with your own body through movement, care of your fascia, & self-body work. In this unique one day class, you will learn how to sculpt, release, mold, and strengthen your body out of pain & misalignment, and into a more pliable, open, fluid way of being & moving through the world.This class includes self-fascia release techniques, Bowspring movement, bodywork demonstrations, and unique information from the Bowspring system about fascia, alignment, and having an open posture.
