Bond with your little one while getting in a good stretch and moving your body. For parent and baby 6 weeks to pre-crawlers.
Please make sure to bring what you need to be comfortable as this class takes place on the floor such as a yoga mat, blanket for baby and any toys you may need. We are a safe space for parents and baby so please come as you are and feel free to feed or change baby during class, as needed. Please leave strollers in the car.
