Info: Students may choose to visit Herrick Lake prior to the retreat for a silent walk around the lake. From there, participants may continue along the walking path to the farmhouse or drive directly to the retreat location if preferred.

Info: Farm-to-Table Luncheon featuring smoked seasonal vegetables and freshly prepared dishes, thoughtfully crafted to highlight simple, nourishing ingredients and shared community dining.

Info: Students who must arrive late or depart early are kindly asked to do so during the scheduled break to help preserve the continuity and shared retreat environment for all participants.

Info: Participants are guided through a series of fully supported restorative postures using blankets, bolsters, and props. Each posture is held for several minutes to encourage deep relaxation and nervous system restoration.

Info: Tune into the sweet sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and a rain stick to find your center. Students enrolled in the Sound Meditation program may earn hours assisting with this workshop.

Info: The Fireside Sangha Community Circle is a welcoming gathering space designed to support connection, reflection, and meaningful conversation within a mindful community. Rooted in the spirit of sangha, or supportive community, this circle invites participants to pause from the pace of daily life and engage in thoughtful dialogue, quiet reflection, and shared presence around the warmth of the fireside.
