Rally your whanau and friends and join us for the 92nd Farmers Santa Parade! 🎅🏽🎄🎁

Embark on a journey through a world of enchantment and imagination as the Parade showcases an array of stunning floats, much loved characters, celebrities, musicians, entertainment groups and Santa himself, that will leave you spellbound ✨

After the Parade join us for Santa’s Party in Aotea Square hosted by Jono, Ben and Megan from The Hits, with stage show entertainment as well as rides, celebrities, and giveaways you won't want to miss! 🥳”

Pre-Parade: 12pm –1pm
Parade: 1pm –2:30pm
Santa’s Party, Aotea Square: 2:30pm –5:00pm

~ PARADE PLANNING INFORMATION ~

Parade Route:
The Parade Route is 1.6km long and takes approximately 1 hour to pass any given point.
Top Tip: The best (unknown) viewing spots are Mayoral Drive between Cook Street and Queen Street and Customs Street East. There is usually ample space to even lay down a picnic blanket and then wander either to Santa’s Party or the transport hub afterward!
Road Closure
All inner city roads are closed between 10:30am and 5pm on Sunday 30th November 2025. People are advised to get into the city before 11:00am.

Weather Postponement Date:
Should there be adverse weather, a postponement decision will be announced by 9am, Sunday 30th November 2025 on the Parade website and social media pages. If postponed, the Parade will take place on Sunday 7th December 2025.

The Honour Line:
A safety line will be painted along the Parade route. The Police ask that all Parade spectators stay behind the line while watching the Parade!
