About this Event
Come and help us transform the Community Farm on the Lafitte Greenway, between Rocheblave and Dorgenois! We will be prepping the ground for the first of many garden beds and painting benches donated by the ToolBank of New Orleans.
Work will include excavation, laying ground cover, painting, and other small garden tasks. We ask that no children under the age of 15 join us, there will be a lot of heavy tools around!
Sprout will provide beverages and lunch for volunteers. Please wear closed toe shoes and bring whatever you need to be comfortable!
