Come join us for a fun and educational day at Ma'alot Farms! Learn the art of cheese making from our expert cheese makers using fresh ingredients straight from the farm.
At Ma’alot farms, we start our day by milking the goats. We won’t make you milk our goats, but we will start the class with a visit to their pen and an opportunity to pet them. Then back to the classroom to see a demonstration of the process of cheese-making from milk to finished product. We will end the class with a tasting of several varieties of our homemade cheeses.
