This special four-course dinner will showcase premium, sustainably raised beef and pork from Fischer Farms, a fifth-generation Southern Indiana family farm renowned for its commitment to ethical farming practices, exceptional quality, and 14-day dry-aged beef.
Throughout the evening, a wine specialist from Johnson Brothers Wine will guide guests through each pairing, sharing insights into the wines selected to complement every course.
