Farm Field Day

The Southwest Georgia Project for Community Education Inc., and The Charles Sherrod Community Development Corporation will host the 1st Farm Field Day on Friday, June 25, 2021, at New Communities at Cypress Pond (801 Old Pretoria Road, Albany, Georgia 31721).

The purpose of the Farm Field Day is to provide relevant and useful training opportunities to farmers in southwest Georgia. The event will include presentations on GAP certification, diversifying farm business, organic production, value-added products, agri-tourism and more.

REGISTRATION STARTS AT 8 AM EST. This is an outside event; proper safety measures will be enforced and facemasks are required.
