Saturday morning yoga is a great way to open your heart and mind for the weekend, and it's even better when animals are involved!This Ashtanga-based Vinyasa class is appropriate for all levels. Dress comfortably and get ready to enjoy yoga on the green with farm animals
Pre-registration is required. Must be age 10 or up to participate.
We are implementing the following COVID-19 guidelines for this class:
You must pre-register & sign the online waiver.
Please bring your own mat and water bottle.
The class will be limited to a maximum of 30 students, so we are able to place mats 8 feet apart on the Green in all directions.
Please wash your hands or use our hand sanitizing stations when you arrive for class and when you leave.
Please maintain a distance of 6 feet or more between your instructor and other class members.
If you are not feeling well, please stay home and join us for a future class when you are well.
