ALL are welcome to the Florida Artist Blacksmith Association (FABA) monthly meeting. You do not have to be a member to observe the presentation or to spend time talking with our local blacksmiths. Join us for some open forge time or just come out to watch us compete for our annual braggin' rights, this year we will be judged by Cal and Arron on who can make the most useful and most sellable "holder of light". The field is wide open, will it be electric? maybe oil? or a candle. participants can bring their own steel or use what can be found in the scrap buckets; the project needs to be assembled/finished by 3pm at the distillery.
You are welcome to bring some of your work to sell as there will be a Christmas market in progress this day. Plus bring some money for a great stone oven pizza, try your hand at axe throwing and take a tour of the distillery while you're at it.
