She joins us with her new book Monday Night Mocktails which includes 52 delicious seasonal recipes.

Vina Patel’s life has been all about spices, grains, and beans. In her new book, The Spice Collector’s Cookbook, she shares her best 80 tried-and-tested recipes from her adventures, perfected through her native Indian flavors and flair.
