On the evening of Thursday, October 30, 2025 two hundred revelers will descend upon Public Square, as the Tri-C Hospitality Management Center becomes Fantasia: A costumed culinary celebration.
Thirteen savory chef stations dispersed throughout the venue will take guests on a multi-sensory journey, showcasing a variety of flavors, textures, and techniques.
The evening will conclude in the foyer/demo kitchen with entertainment by Cleveland Cocktail Choir, costume contests and an overflowing candy bar helmed by Jeff’s Candy Shop.
Each chef station will be staffed with Tri-C banquet scholars and high schoolers from the culinary creatives program at The Rainey Institute, offering opportunities for hands-on experience and networking; paving pathways to mentorship, apprenticeship and employment.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Tri-C culinary program scholarship.
