The FantaSea Bookish Cruise is a collaboration between Erica McCall of Polka Dots N' Wishes Travel Agency and Rain & Revelry Events for an unforgettable retreat wrapped in magic! By day, soak in serene ocean views and poolside reading sessions. By night, step into curated, fantasy-inspired experiences that celebrate the characters and worlds we hold dear. ✨

Whether you’re a lifelong bookworm or an adventurer seeking a unique getaway, this is the perfect place to relax, connect with new "bookish besties," and write your own story through a beautifully curated adventure!

To ensure a seamless and magical experience for everyone, this ticket is an exclusive event add-on and does not include your cruise cabin or ship admission. To join the FantaSea Bookish Retreat festivities, you must book your sailing through our official travel partner.

How to Secure Your Spot:

1) Book Your Cruise: Our expert travel agent, Erica McCall, is ready to help you find the perfect cabin! Visit the FantaSea Cruise Portal to book your stay on the ship.

2) Keep Your Confirmation: You will receive a cruise booking confirmation number / reservation ID once your deposit is paid and your booking is secured.

3) Purchase Your Event Ticket: Enter that cruise confirmation number during checkout when purchasing this add-on!

Note of Policy: To maintain the integrity of our curated group experience, add-on purchases made without a verified cruise booking through our travel partner will be automatically refunded.

An official event itinerary will be sent to all guests by December 1st, 2026. This will include specific event times for meals and group activities.

1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All Sales Final: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or returns will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, illness, or changes in personal circumstances. Because this event is non-refundable, the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended!

Third-Party Dependency: Rain & Revelry Events LLC operates independently of Royal Caribbean. In the event that the cruise is cancelled, postponed, or rerouted by the cruise line for any reason (including but not limited to health outbreaks, mechanical failure, or safety concerns) Rain & Revelry Events LLC is not obligated to provide a refund.

Force Majeure: Rain & Revelry Events LLC shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from "Acts of God," including but not limited to: fire, flood, severe weather, strikes, mandated quarantines, pandemics, or widespread health outbreaks. In such instances, Rain & Revelry Events reserves the right to modify the event schedule or format without obligation for refund.

Cruise Logistics: As a third-party event host, Rain & Revelry Events is not responsible for guests missing event activities due to cruise boarding delays, itinerary changes, or medical confinement/quarantine imposed by the cruise line.

2. Ticket Transfers and Resale

Due to the logistics of the two-party booking system, ticket transfers and resales are prohibited.

3. Age Restrictions and Alcohol Policy

Drinking Age: While guests aged 18–20 may attend the event, the legal drinking age is 21. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.

Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to remove any guest from group activities at our discretion, particularly in cases of intoxication or inappropriate behavior. Anyone under the age of 21 caught consuming alcohol will be removed from the event immediately without a refund.

4. Code of Conduct and Prohibited Items

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the Rain & Revelry Events Code of Conduct. Acts of violence, harassment, fighting, or disorderly conduct will result in immediate removal from event activities. No functional weaponry of any kind is permitted.

5. Health and Safety / Assumption of Risk

By purchasing a ticket, you understand and assume the risks associated with travel and large group activities. Purchaser agrees to not hold Rain and Revelry Events LLC liable for any illness, injury, or health complications arising during or after the event.

6. Media Consent and Usage

Photo/Video Release: You grant Rain & Revelry Events, our official event travel agent Erica McCall, and authorized representatives permission to capture and use your likeness in photographs and video for promotional, social media, and advertising purposes.

Guest Media Usage: Digital copies of event media provided to attendees are for personal use only. Any use of event photography or video for commercial purposes or to advertise competing events is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Rain & Revelry Events LLC.

7. Data Privacy

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that your name and email address may be shared with our event partner(s) for promotional and marketing activities.
