About this Event

Kick off the 2024 Green in the City event series with a tour of Fanshawe Dam at the Hope and Action Climate Change Festival!

As part of Doors Open, your admission to the festival at Fanshawe Conservation Area is free of charge. After your tour of the dam, explore the LEED-certified Watershed Conservation Centre, or head down to the day-use area for activities, a live birds of prey show, e-bike test rides, food trucks, and more.

Together, we can inspire action on climate change and foster hope for a bright, sustainable future!

  • Tours will leave every 20 minutes and last about 45 minutes.
  • Approximately 20 minutes of each tour will take place inside a display room at the dam which is not wheelchair accessible.
