Join ÅBEN Kødbyen for Fannikerdag, returning for the fourth year in a row. A special tradition from Fanø that celebrates the island’s maritime history, culture, and dress traditions, finding its way to Kødbyen for one evening.Beers from Fanø Bryghus will be poured throughout the day, alongside Lighthouse burgers, bringing familiar elements of the island into new surroundings.
Live music from Fanø will be performed by Fanø locals Ole and Tove, and Sønderhoning will, as tradition calls for, be part of the evening. You are welcome to take part in the dancing or simply take it in from the side.
Since 1953, Fannikerdag has helped preserve Fanø’s seafaring identity, keeping its traditions alive across generations and places.
