At Ste. Chapelle, get fancy like fried chicken & caviar on Sunday, May 21st as we celebrate National Chardonnay Day all weekend! The champagne will be poppin' with an afternoon full of gourmet pairings, featuring Ste. Chapelle Sparkling Brut & Chardonnay selections paired with Albertson's famous fried chicken + Idaho Springs White Sturgeon Caviar. Open to both wine club members and general public, we invite you to participate in a pairing menu fit for fancy kings and queens set in our Royal Room!

*Crème fraîche & chives

*Potato Chips
