Florida A&M University (FAMU) is hosting Homecoming 2023, Themed "Forever Rattlers: A Timeless Tradition," from October 21 to October 28. This eight-day event is expected to attract thousands of alumni, supporters, and fans, benefiting the local economy. FAMU's President, Larry Robinson, is excited about celebrating the university's current success and its 136-year history. The festivities begin with a drive-in movie on October 21 and culminate with the Homecoming Game against Prairie View A&M University a week later.

Traditional events like Blessings & Brunch and the Coronation will be held on October 22. On October 25, stand-up comedian Chico Bean will perform at the Comedy Show. The Homecoming Concert on October 26 features artists Nardo Wick, Mariah the Scientist, and Toosii.

On October 27, Homecoming activities include Homecoming Convocation, Homecoming Set Friday, FAMFest, the Rattler Strike Band Festival, and the Greek Step Show. Notably, there is the A&M Magazine Release Party celebrating FAMU's 40 Under 40 alumni who have made a significant impact in their fields before the age of 40.

The Homecoming Parade on Saturday, October 28, will feature over 80 entries, including marching bands and VIPs. The StrikeZone Tailgate precedes the Homecoming Game with a Breast Cancer Awareness theme. The game is already sold out, and additional screens will be provided for viewing across campus.

Organizers have high expectations for this year's Homecoming, aiming to provide a memorable experience for both newcomers and those who have enjoyed FAMU Homecoming in the past.
