Family Yoga with YogaSix

Cityline and YogaSix are bringing a special twist for our final Unwind and Connect yoga class —

Join us Saturday, October 4th at 9 AM for a fun-filled morning designed for families with kids ages 4 and up. Led by experienced YogaSix instructor (and mom!) Kalista Madden, this 45-minute class is a wonderful opportunity to move, stretch, and bond.

You’ll explore:

• 🧘 Breathing exercises
• 🤸 Strengthening + stretching poses
• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Playful partner work

Perfect for both first-timers and experienced participants.
