Join us at the Folk Dance Canberra hall for an hour of fun, play and connection. These classes are active and co-created with the families for an interactive and fun experience. You can learn more about family yoga here.
Please purchase tickets for each family member who is attending the class. Adults must attend and join in the class with their children. Additional fees will apply for participants who do not have a ticket on the day.
Dates are tentative and subject to change determined by community interest and availability.

Due to the interactive nature of Shine Om Family Yoga sessions, it is essential for the health and safety of all attendees that you do not attend if you are unwell or showing symptoms of COVID-19, RSV or other respiratory illnesses.
By purchasing this ticket, you accept that you will contact Shine Om in advance if you are unwell and will not attend class if you have any of the symptoms listed above, are a close contact or are in quarantine. Transfers to another Family Yoga class will be offered if you provide 24-hour written notice that you cannot attend for these reasons.

Transfers to another Family Yoga class will be accepted if you provide 24-hour written notice that you cannot participate. You must email Shine Om outlining which family yoga event you want to transfer to.
Missed classes or any cancellations less than 24 hours are non-refundable.
