Family Yoga is an all levels vinyasa flow that is accessible for all ages!
Families are invited to come all together, children, parents, grandparents, caregivers, etc. (just leave the pets behind!). The class will be playful and fun.
Class will incorporate mindfulness meditation and some breathing practices so that families can leave with a “toolkit” of activities to do together to incorporate more yoga and mindfulness into their everyday routine!
