Family Yoga Party!!!!

Join us every third Saturday of the month for a joyful Family Yoga Party! Designed for families with children ages 2–5, these playful sessions combine yoga, movement, storytelling, and creative activities the whole family can enjoy together.
June Theme - Rainbow Within: Love, Acceptance & Yoga
This uplifting family yoga class explores love, acceptance, emotions, and self-expression through movement, mindfulness, and imaginative play. Inspired by the book A Rainbow Inside My Body, families will discover how feelings, energy, and kindness connect us all. Children will explore colorful yoga poses, calming breathing exercises, and heart-centered activities focused on compassion, confidence, and belonging.
With a special focus on the Heart Chakra, this class encourages children and caregivers to celebrate what makes each person unique while practicing connection, empathy, and joy together.
