Family yoga is a chance to move, laugh, and relax together—strengthening not just bodies, but family bonds. Each month we explore a new themed journey through yoga, stories, music, and creativity.
In our yoga adventure, we will:
? Begin with a welcoming circle to connect
?️ Explore breathwork + mindfulness to feel calm and present
? Move through fun yoga games, partner poses & creative movement
? Journey together with music, imagination, and playful storytelling
? Wind down with a guided monkey-inspired visualization + soothing sounds
? Close with a circle of reflection to share the adventure
No yoga experience needed—just bring your curiosity, energy, and sense of exploration! Please wear comfy clothes to move in, and bring a yoga mat and water bottle for each family member (extra mats available at the studio).
