Family Yoga in the Park is simply incredible! Enjoying the scenic park settings during the beautiful summer months, it offers the ideal opportunity for busy families to disconnect, bond, and enjoy joyous quality time together with Rainbow style yoga.Designed for all children, adults and families. Our Family Yoga in the Park brims with laughter, joy, and, most importantly, FUN! Expect a session that includes a warm-up, time to connect, breathing exercises, and a themed yoga journey featuring both traditional and innovative poses, followed by a period of quiet and relaxation. While the classes cater primarily to children aged 3-10, participants of all ages are welcome!
Each session operates on a donation basis or encourages a pay-it-forward approach.
