This playful and engaging class is perfect for adults and children ages 3–10. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or already love getting on the mat, this experience is all about connection, movement, and mindfulness in a kid-friendly, welcoming space.
Led by the wonderful Lindsay Anderson, each session blends gentle movement, breathwork, and interactive poses designed to bring families closer together - through laughter, teamwork, and a little bit of zen! 🌿
